Your satisfaction is guaranteed. In addition to
the factory warranties that come with most of our products, A Cook's
Wares offers a 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied
with any item, please return it within 30 days of receipt and we will
refund 100% of the cost of the product, or send a replacement, whichever
you choose. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was
defective or damaged when you received it. Any books returned for credit
must still be in mint condition. Package and insure your return
and send to: You may call us at 800-915-9788 (between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday, or Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm EST) prior to returning an item to tell us whether you want a refund (if you paid by check), a credit (if you paid by credit card), or an exchange. You may also enclose a note with your return stating how you would like us to handle the return. Closeout Items can not be returned unless defective or damaged during shipment.
The privacy of our customers is very important. Customer e-mail addresses are never given to any third parties. Mailing addresses are sometimes rented to third parties A Cook's Wares deems appropriate. If you do not want your name or mailing address made available to third parties, please make a note to that effect in the comments field of your order.
