Delightful Blueberry Muffins

Makes: 1 doz. Giant muffins

3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries

1. Mix 3/4 of dry mixture w. wet mixture
2. Mix 1/4 dry mix. w. berries
3. Fold both together
4. Spoon into 12 muffin tins (must be large tins)
5. Sprinkle w. generous mix of cinnamon & sugar
6. Bake in 400dg. oven for 25 min.

Use the giant muffin pan!

I tried this recipe in the usual size pans and the result was ordinary. I then did the recipe in the large muffin tins and the result was DIVINE .
