4 baking apples, cored
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/2 cup of apple cider
ground cinnamon
Peel 1" around the tops of the apples.Place the apples in a microwave-safe casserole dish.Pour the cider around the apples.Fill each apple with 1 tablespoon of syrup and dust lightly with
cinnamon.Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes or until tender
when pierced with a fork.
