Dear Good Folks at A Cook's Wares,
I ordered a 7" MAC Superior Chef's Knife the day before yesterday, and it arrived today.  You guys not only have an excellent selection (and a wonderful, friendly woman answering the phone), but have the promptest service I have seen in a long, long time.  I had ordered a MAC paring knife from (another company) some time ago.  It took 3 weeks to arrive, and they never had anyone answering their phones.  Thanks again, more orders to come.   - Tom G.

I recently placed an order for a KitchenAid stand mixer.  I first had some questions which I sent via email and they were answered promptly.  When I placed the order I mistakenly ordered 2 mixers, which was my own fault.  Today I called customer service to make sure my email message was received that I only wanted one of the mixers.  I failed to get the name of the young ladY whom I spoke to, but she said she takes care of the email messages and knew I was the one who had asked the questions.  I just want you to know that it has been a long time since I have had such professional and courteous service from a customer service representative and want you to know how much I appreciated her attention.  I will shop A Cook's Wares again.  Thank you.   - Nora B.
